Classes: H/D21A,C, H35-80, D35-75, H/D10RR, H/D12TR, H/D12, H/D13, H/D14, H/D16, H/D18.

Attention to H/D21A: A maximum number of 180 orienteers can participate in the classes H21A and D21A. If there are more than 180 applicants, the organiser will select orienteers to the A classes and place the other orienteers in the B classes. There will be hot groups in the classes H21A and D21A which will start in the middle of the class. Hot groups will consist of 55 men and 30 women. The selection to classes and hot groups will primarily be based on world ranking, and secondary on the national ranking. All H/D21A entrants, please inform the organiser about your possible IOF Ranking ID, as well as IOF and national ranking on a form available here.

Course length: Short middle distance (winning time 20-25 minutes), except for classes H/D12, H/D12TR, H/D10RR which will be normal distances.

Entries: Primarily in the internet using Entry Service Entry Service or by mail, address Timo Rokka, Kettutie 4, FI-31600 Jokioinen, Finland. The entries have to be made by 7 June, 2010. Please pay the entry fee at the same time. Entries can be checked and corrected at the Entry Service.

Entry fee: H21-80, D21-75, H/D18 14 euros, H/D16-H/D10RR 10 euros. Bank connection: OKOBANK, Helsinki, Finland, SWIFT OKOYFIHH, IBAN account number FI0350250240000810, made payable to Lounais-Hämeen Rasti. No extra bank fees except for the coutries outside the European Union, where an extra bank fee of 4.5 euros has to be added on the fee.

Late entries: By 13 June 18:00 via Entry Service Entry Service. Double entry fees.

Electronic punching: The Emit punching system will be used. Please mark the number of your own Emit card on the registration form. The organiser will set aside a rented Emit card for those who have not stated their own card number in registration. Emit card rental is 4 euros. Emit card rent should be paid at the info desk in the event centre when the card is picked up. Changing the number of your own card will cost 2 euros.

Prizes: Prizes will be considerable! Winners in the classes H/D21A will receive prize money of 500 euros. In addition, three mobile phones will be given as lottery prizes in the classes H/D10-18, H/D21, H/D35-80.

Starts: First start at 5.30 pm (17.30). Orienteers in the classes H/D21A have to be at the pre start before 6.00 pm (18.00). Distance to the Pre-start of Start 1 (H/D21A) is 1000 m, Start 2 1900 m and Start 3 (H/D10-14) 400 m.

Map: Scale 1:10 000, contour interval 5 m, size A3, offset-printed in 5/2010, in plastic covers. Classes H/D10RR and H/D12TR (marked route orienteering): scale 1:5000, contour interval 5 m, size A5.

Starting times: Starting times will be announced on 11 June.

Directions: Road signs start from the road 2824 at the village of Porras. From there, it takes 10 minutes to drive to the event centre. Free parking at the event centre.

Event Centre: Is situated on a field. Restaurant, showers, and childcare are available at the event centre.
